Farm Help

A full or part-time position is available to work on our farm/estate. We grow heart of palm, banana, pineapple, citrus, avocados, ornamental plants and lots of weeds. This position is for a general farm hand that will spend a significant amount of time weeding, harvesting, mowing, weed wacking and other general chores. Full time comes with all the benefits of health care (dental, drug and vision at no cost to employee), 6 paid holidays, vacation after the 1st year. Part time comes with prorated holidays and vacation. Both positions come with some of what we harvest in food crops. If you like working out doors and don’t mind our rain, this could be a job for you. The ideal person is a permanent resident of Hawaii with previous agricultural experience, lives on the windward side of Oahu and a good work ethic.
