We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas, gym facilities, offices, restrooms, and outdoor amenities. Prior janitorial or facility maintenance experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
