Job Description:
As an entry-level flooring installer, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from our experienced team members. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the installation of various types of flooring, including luxury vinyl plank, laminate, vinyl, and carpet.
Learning to measure and cut flooring materials under the guidance of experienced installers.
Preparing work areas and assisting with the setup and cleanup of installation sites.
Providing support to the team and learning best practices for delivering excellent
customer service.
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary – we will provide all the training you need to
succeed!
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from Kahului meet up site.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
