Job Description:
We are looking for a Delivery & Logistics Coordinator who will be responsible for performing deliveries, managing equipment logistics, maintaining inventory, and using basic handyman skills to help with the upkeep and maintenance of equipment and facilities. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliveries: Perform timely deliveries and pickups of products and equipment to and from various locations.
Logistical Support: Assist with managing equipment, tools, and materials used across departments. Organize and track shipments.
Inventory Management: Regularly check, update, and maintain accurate inventory records. Ensure that products are stored and arranged neatly for easy access.
Movement & Organization: Physically move and organize stock, equipment, and inventory across our storage areas.
Handyman Support: Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment, tools, and facilities. Troubleshoot minor issues and assist with any light construction or repairs needed.
Communication: Provide regular updates on deliveries, stock levels, and logistical issues to the operations manager.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while handling equipment and transporting goods.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in deliveries, logistics, inventory management, or a handyman role preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and boxes (50 lbs. and up).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Basic handyman skills, including repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking and reporting.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) a plus.
