Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service & repair appointments
Provide professional and courteous support to customers
Coordinate with service technicians on job timing, dispatch, and follow-ups
Keep records accurate and organized
Maintain a smooth flow of communication between customers and the service team
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and punctual
Must have reliable transportation
Comfortable using basic computer and scheduling systems
Experience in customer service or office coordination is a plus
