Experience would be great and get more pay. I could hire one non-experience worker as well if someone is looking to learn and take less. Full time would be desired, but part time could work too. Hours would be 9-5 Monday-Fri. MUST be reliable- show up everyday on time, have a reliable car, phone, etc. I have all the tools.
We are currently in the process of finishing the excavation underground plumbing. Then the water tank will be installed and the slab will be polished for the finish floor. Then we are ready to put the house up, which just bolts together.
This job should last 3-6 months. Strait cash, so $20 an hour is like $25 from another job that removes taxes.
