Condo Building Cleaning/Maintenance

Condo Complex Building, Exterior Cleaning and Light Maintenance. Clean BBQs, Pool Deck, Parking Lot, Walkways, Elevator, Lobby and Laundry Rooms. Occasional Pressure Washing. Must live on the Westside. 15hrs per week, Flexible Time Schedule. $30 per hour to be paid as a Sub-Contractor. No Benefits and no Taxes are withheld.
