Description:
Leading property management firm is looking for a full-time Building Maintenance Worker to help with basic electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and cleaning. May be required to transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites.Â
Hours:
8:00am - 4:30pm
Location:
Oahu: Downtown Area
Pay:
$14.00 HourlyAdditional Responsibilities:
Perform basic building maintenance work
Change lights, ballasts, and basic wiring
Tighten sink pipes and toilets
Mow lawns, trim hedges
Basic carpentry as required
Other basic maintenance and cleaning as required
Required Education and Qualifications:
Familiar with basic plumbing and electrical work
Working knowledge of hand and power tools
Great at working on teams
Must be hardworking and willing to learn with a positive attitude
Drivers license and clean driving abstract preferred
