High Rise Condominium near downtown has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Maintenance Employee.
Job Responsibilities:
Must have basic knowledge of condominium building systems, including painting, plumbing, and minor electrical.
Maintains the cleanliness and safety of all common areas, including lobby, hallways, and amenities.
Maintain records of completed work, inspections, and necessary repairs.
Collaborate with Resident Manager to ensure timely project completion.
Identify issues and report any necessary repairs to the Resident Manager.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Resident Manager.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be literate and able to communicate and speak English.
Some experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a high-rise residential condominium building. Willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and light landscaping.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours. Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, & crawl. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Wiliness to learn.
