FULL TIME Animal Care Assistant Staff - Entry Level Position
Feather and Fur Animal Hospital is a 24-hour, full-service veterinary hospital seeking to hire enthusiastic, hard working, self motivated and dedicated individuals to add to our Animal Care Assistant team.
Primary duties involve:
Basic animal husbandry
Caring for our boarding patients and their individual enrichment programs
General custodial duties
Cleaning cages and kennels
Laundry and dishes
Re-stocking rooms
Assisting veterinary technicians and assistants when needed
Looking for people with a flexible Schedule (6a-2p, 9a-5p and 2p-10p shifts)
A willingness to work with dogs, cats, exotics (rats, mice, chinchillas, guinea pigs, turtles, tortoises, jackson chameleons) and birds is a must. No experience necessary.
