Dynamic Physical Therapy and Pilates clinic in search of a part time (5 to 30 hours weekly) Physical Therapist (PT) to work as an independent contractor. We are looking for a PT who is ready to step into an established case load of patients. Harmony Pilates and Physical Therapy strives to create an environment of encouragement, enthusiasm and professionalism to empower people and help them reach their highest potential in health and life. We maintain a team of only the best health care and fitness professionals, who display initiative, creativity, dedication and passion in their fields. Therapists are providing direct patient care in the clinic. New graduates are welcome to apply including those who may need a temporary license.
All independent contractors receive the benefit of joining any of the available Pilates classes offered at the studio.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Qualifications:
Previous experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation
Ability to handle a physical workload
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
