Home Care RN PT needed in lower Kula for a minimum of 12 hours a week (M, W, F 8:30am - 12:30 noon) for 95 year old female. Hours may increase dependent on needs. Care involves: Light meal prep for breakfast and lunch. Light housekeeping. Oversee simple ADL, brushing teeth and hair and dressing. Assist with shower once a week. Assist with transfer to/from bed, chair, commode. Incontinence care.
Qualifications: Current State of Hawaii RN license. Current TB. Two years of experience in home care nursing preferred. Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment. Other: References, current professional nursing insurance, reliable transportation to/from work site. Maintain punctuality to ensure that the needs of the client are met.
