We are looking for a Medical Assistant, must have at least 2 years of clinical work experience. This is a full-time position in an Internal Medicine and Pediatric practice with 2 physicians.
The job duties include front office (answering phones, checking-in patients, scheduling appointments and consultations) and back office (vital signs, taking a history, giving immunizations and injections, running in-office labs).
We work Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 4:45pm and the office is open 2 Saturdays a month from 8:30am-12:30pm, so each MA works 1 of 3 Saturdays.
It is important to have strong computer skills for EMR, be organized, be able to multi-task, and have great people skills to work in our busy practice.
Parking is provided immediately upon hire. Full medical/dental/vision/prescription insurance are provided after the required work minimum.
