BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employment Technician to join the team in Kauai. Employment Specialist - Job Coach - work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. The ideal candidate will help our client out finding a job working with animals! This position is part time, 5-10 hours per week, helping our client find and train for a job where she can work with animals but could grow into more work.

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:
One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
High school diploma or equivalent
