Aiea pediatric dental center is looking to hire a full time dental assistant to join our team. Although experience is preferred, it is not required and the main quality we are looking for is an employee who works hard, displays teamwork and cares about making children comfortable.
Unlike other offices where 1 assistant will see a full schedule of patients, we have multiple assistants to split up the patients on the Dentist's schedule. This allows our assistants to work at a comfortable pace without getting burned out.
Our office operates 4 -4.5 days a week and alternates working half-day Saturdays. Office hours are 7:30-5pm on weekdays and 7am-2 pm on Saturdays (which we rotate).
Pay will be based on experience, growth potential and dedication to our practice.
What sets our practice a part from other offices is the work-life balance that is needed for our health and wellness in today's world. We close our office between Christmas and New years for family time and support employees with their family/children's school events.
