Griswold Home Care for Oahu is seeking a Caregiver Recruiter/Coordinator to match clients with caregivers; recruit homemakers, companions, and caregivers (e.g., NAs, CNAs), and; support our care team. What You'll Do:
Recruit, interview, and onboard care staff to ensure a great cultural fit.
Build strong relationships and match clients with caregivers.
Manage scheduling, retention visits, and compliance with regulations.
Support Administrator with payroll and billing, and maintain accurate employee records.
Provide ongoing support and recognition to caregivers and office team.

What You Bring:
Experience in home care, scheduling, or recruitment and/or;
Associate degree in Human Services, HR, or related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software systems, and strong work ethic.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
