Vacation Rental Cleaner – Kihei & Wailea
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to care for our vacation rental condos in Kihei & Wailea.
Job Details:
Independent contractor (1099) – W-9 required
Pay: $100–$175 per clean (based on unit size/scope)
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, lanais, bedrooms, living areas
Must dust thoroughly (including under couches, baseboards, etc.)
In-unit laundry included
Inspection after each job — contractor may need to return if tasks are missed
Requirements:
Reliable, responsible, detail-focused
Professional, communicative, and takes pride in work
Available between 10 a.m.–4 p.m. (check-in/out times vary)
