you! We are currently looking for a stellar, full-time HR Coordinator!

This person will facilitate daily restaurant HR operations and support the management team and

staff at Ulu Kitchen.

Duties include:

- Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding process

- Oversee employee benefits administration and coordination

- Collect and process personnel paperwork/filing accurately and in a timely manner

- Maintain employee files and records while complying with legal requirements to protect

employee privacy

- Facilitate employee performance review process

- Prepare employee documentation, as needed

- Ensure compliance at the restaurant level for all federal and state laws

- Provide support with employee relation counseling and related activities

- Coordinate the termination process including conducting exit interviews and completing

necessary documentation

- Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned by HR

Qualifications:

- At least a year of experience in an office environment

- Word and Excel experience is a must.

- Human Resources background is a plus

- College degree is a preferred

- Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

- Empathetic listening skills and exceptional problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple asks and meet

required deadlines.

- Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and be self-driven

- Critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision-making abilities.

- Must be presentable, personable, and professional.
