Job Description
-3:30pm-9:30pm
-Responsible for bar top and table maintenance…
- bringing waters
-setting up for dinner service
-clearing glassware and dishes
-wiping and resetting tables
-washing glassware through bar dishwasher and restocking glassware from the back of the restaurant
-Filling ice bins
-General upkeep behind the bar
