The Inn at Mama's Fish House is now hiring for a full time Guest Service Associate
with possible advancement based on your experience and performance.
Hotel/Inn, Front Desk experience required.
Property Management experience a plus.
Excellent Customer Service & Hospitality skills are a Must!
Experience with BookingCenter Property Management Software.
Experience with OpenTable, SevenRooms, HotSchedules & ADP a plus.
Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing excellent customer service.
Answer guest inquiries and handle reservations and special requests.
Support housekeeping efforts by ensuring rooms are prepared and maintained to a high standard.
Manage the inventory of supplies and amenities, including ordering and restocking as needed.
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining guest records and processing payments.
Address and resolve guest issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and inn policies.
