We are a grab-and-go sushi bar located inside Costco in Kapolei and Hawaii Kai, offering a vibrant selection of sushi and bento boxes to our customers. We're Looking for:
Energetic and dedicated Line Cooks to join our team! Whether you have a passion for food or are eager to learn the art of sushi making, we have a place for you. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a positive attitude, and values teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various duties to support bento production operations, including prepping ingredients, making sushi rolls, and packaging products.
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary working environment.
Handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50lb and stand for long periods.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Previous experience in food service preferred but not required.
Must exhibit integrity, speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Ability to work at both Kapolei and Hawaii Kai locations is preferred.
Shifts Available:
Early Morning: 5 AM - 10 AM
Opening: 10 AM - 3 PM
Closing: 3 PM - 8:30 PM
