We are looking for instructors who share these values in their personal life and have a passion for educating visitors to Maui about the Marine World and Hawaiian Culture.
Being a surf instructor can be very rewarding "job" for the right person. If you like to stay up late and party, this probably isn't the job for you. However, If you are an early riser and love being out in nature then this could be a good fit. The hours are early mornings starting around 6am and done around 1:30pm.

Passionate, friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing, leader and personable are all words which describe the ideal personality. Instructors must be flexible, a problem solver, a person that takes initiative and is successful working under little supervision.
Safety is our number one value. CPR and First Aid Certification is required within 30 days of hire. Lifeguard Training is a bonus.
