New ramen restaurant in Waikiki looking for experienced General Manager.
Job responsibilities are as follows:
Oversees operation coordination.
Understanding of concept and develop manual including server training and cost analyzation for menu.
Creating smooth operating systems, organizing overall team schedule, and training new employees.
Manage day to day restaurant operations entirely such as purchasing and ordering of goods with
communicate with other managers if necessary.
Ensure restaurant operations meet the requirements by law and follow procedure and policies.
Keep daily purchasing and inventory records, planning budgets and report to company headquarters
when requested.
Assist with PR/Marketing including but not limited to Website development.
