Sous Chef description:
Cooking and preparing all menus.
Scheduling staff shifts.
Ensuring kitchen staff members follow rules and regulations.
Tracking, organizing and ordering inventory.
Clean and sanitize all food preparation areas.
Washing cooking appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
Assist the Chef with the preparation (washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping vegetables, and meat.)
Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
Must have working experience in the kitchen.
