Currently, we're looking for fun, friendly crew members to help guide unforgettable nighttime snorkeling tours with manta rays in beautiful Kona, Hawaii. We're Hiring for Manta Adventures:
1. Snorkel Boat Deckhand (Experience preferred, not required) – Manta Tours
Deckhand Responsibilities:
Assist Captain with docking, anchoring, and general operations
Help guests with snorkel gear and getting in/out of the water
Ensure a fun, safe, and educational experience for all guests
Perform cleaning, maintenance, and gear checks daily
Share aloha and respect for Hawaiian waters and wildlife
Requirements:
Deckhand: Must swim confidently, able to lift 50 lbs, CPR/First Aid preferred
Excellent people skills and positive attitude
Love for the ocean and respect for marine conservation
Weekend and holiday availability a plus!
