About Us:

Olohana Brewpub is a modern, bistro-style pizza kitchen passionate about quality, creativity, and community. Olohana Brewpub is operated by the makers of Kalihi Beer. Our goal is to build a team as passionate about Bistro style food as we are about fine beer. Our menu is focused on craft pizza and beer pairings that elevate the dining experience. We’re now looking for a dedicated Prep Cook/Pizza Maker to lead our small but mighty kitchen team with vision, heart, and hands-on leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated cook who’s not only passionate about pizza, but also thrives in a creative, collaborative, and organized kitchen environment. This is a team environment perfect for someone who wants to have real creative input and be part of a growing local food movement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and innovate seasonal and beer-paired pizza menus

Assist with ordering, inventory, and food cost control

Prepare menu items with consistency in quality

Maintain high standards of presentation in plating

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety

Maintain high standards of professionalism, passion, and positivity

Work alongside brewery team to develop creative food & beer pairings

Foster a positive team culture and high staff morale

Qualifications:

Experience as a pizza cook in a professional kitchen is highly desired

Passion for pizza with a creative and open-minded approach

Punctuality, reliability, and consistency in work ethic

Organized and detail-oriented, able to work in a fast paced "rush" environment

Dedication to the prep process

Able to work independently while collaborating with management

Experience in a fast-paced, small-kitchen setup preferred

ServSafe or local food handler certification required
