Culinary Leader Job Requirements:
Exceptional leadership skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Ensures all food handling and safety regulations are followed
Helps maintain food costs by minimizing waste
Maintains quality and food presentation with adherence to Pita Paradise standards.
Maintains a clean kitchen and proper rotation of all products daily
Thorough knowledge of meat and fish butchery
Responsible for inventory control and food purchasing
Possess a creative knowledge of food and trends in the restaurant industry
Ability to bring creative ideas to the table for daily specials
Minimum 5 years cooking experience + 2 years experience as a kitchen supervisor
Must hold a current ServSafe certification card
Must have proven leadership and creative skills
Experience in working various stations: pantry, sauté, grill
Able to work 4-5 shifts per week, including weekends and holidays; primarily AM but must be flexible to pick up PM when necessary
