Looking for a driven, devoted baker to join our small team in a production space! We’re looking to fill a full time position, Monday through Friday.
Duties and responsibilities include:
producing croissant dough and shaping pastries
keeping a clean station and washing dishes (we all wash dishes)
mixing multiple types of doughs, as needed
inventory management
helping divide and shape loaves
creation of menu items as seasons change
Qualifications:
must have at least five years of previous kitchen or restaurant experience
must be able to lift 50 pounds throughout the shift
must have basic math skills and know decimal places
can communicate well with the team
