Fridays: 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Sundays: 9:30am - 2:00pm

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our hive as a Part-Time Sales & Kitchen Assistant. This role combines customer service and light kitchen duties, and it’s perfect for someone with a love for food, honey, and helping others discover something new. Whether you're assisting customers with their honey tasting or helping prepare food and drinks in the kitchen, you’ll be an integral part of making every guest’s experience memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting customers with honey tastings, answering questions about our products, and offering recommendations.
Help prepare and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping the kitchen, tasting room, and retail space tidy.
Operate the POS, process sales transactions, and manage inventory as needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen.
Engage with customers, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
Pick up shifts when possible and assist with special events or promotions as needed.
Requirements:
A positive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and an outgoing, upbeat personality.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good judgment and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with team members.
Retail and/or kitchen experience is desirable, but not required.
Japanese speaking skills is a big plus.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
