Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and preparing meats
Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes
Ensure kitchen areas are clean and sanitized
Follow food safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a prep cook or similar role
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be flexible with scheduling
