Overseeing events requiring absolute attention to details and timing. Upholding safety hazard standards. I am current with BBP, CPR and liquor license. FOH/BOH and floor plan expertise. Set Up-Service-Breakdown efficiency. Can direct assist and support up to 70 staff. Im a hands on leader with the flexibility of a “pool noodle” and the tolerance of a “pendulum”. Im friendly yet focused. I do not believe the word “team” has the letter “I” in it.
My largest events: 1000 pax with 70 staff. Smallest event: 10 pax.
