Maui Hub is a nonprofit online farmers market connecting Maui-grown food directly to local families. We’re passionate about strengthening our island’s food system, supporting small farmers and producers, and ensuring that everyone has access to fresh, healthy, and local food.
We’re looking for a team member to join our team! This part time role is ideal for someone who’s flexible, reliable, and excited to help in all areas of our operations - from warehouse support to marketing and deliveries. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the local food system while making a real impact in the community.
Responsibilities
Assist with warehouse operations: packing, sorting, and organizing local products
Support marketing efforts: social media, photography, and community outreach
Help with delivery driving (must have valid driver’s license and clean record)
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold Maui Hub’s mission
Qualifications
Passion for local food, sustainability, and community impact
Reliable transportation
Comfortable with physical tasks and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible schedule,10-15 hours per week
Ideal for a college student or early-career professional interested in food systems, agriculture, or nonprofit work.
