We're looking for friendly, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our team! Positions are available for both bartenders and servers at our two popular Pearl City locations: Leeward Bowl Bar & Grill and eight50 Craft Beer & Whiskey Bar.

BARTENDER
We’re seeking experienced bartenders with great customer service skills. You should be confident making both classic and creative drinks, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take orders, run food, bus bar tops, and restock as needed
- Engage with guests and make drink/food recommendations
- Operate TVs and karaoke machine to support guest entertainment
- Follow ID laws and bar safety regulations
- Occasionally assist as a server when needed
Qualifications:
- Bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink mixing and bar menu
- Fast-paced customer service experience
- POS system experience
- Clean, organized, and team-oriented
SERVER
We’re hiring servers who are personable, quick on their feet, and committed to creating a great guest experience. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers, take orders, and run food
- Present the bar menu and help guests with recommendations
- Keep sections clean, stocked, and tables turned promptly
- Operate TVs and karaoke machine to support guest entertainment
- Collaborate with kitchen and bartenders for smooth service
- Assist bartenders with light prep tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- POS system experience preferred
- Positive attitude and team player

- Schedule: Day, evening, and night shifts available
- Pay: $14.00/hour + tips
