Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations
Manage and train staff
Ensure high-quality customer service
Handle inventory and supply orders
Develop and implement operational policies
50 plus hours a week with 10 hour shifts
Maintain inventories and product tracking .
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in daily operations
Assist in staff training and scheduling
Maintain product quality and consistency
Address customer inquiries and feedback
Assist in inventory management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality or business is a plus
Previous experience in café or restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
