Aloha! The team from Maui Cookie Lab is launching a delicious new Cafe/Bakery concept in Makawao and we're looking for a few amazing team members! LunchBox Maui will specialize in artisan made to order sandwiches, espresso and fresh from the oven, classic baked goods. We are looking for a FT Supervisor and 2 PT team members for our espresso, sandwich and baked goods customer service.
If you have previous experience in food service, love being a part of an amazing team who works together to provide the highest level of service, we'd love to talk to you! All positions require previous F&B experience.
The Supervisor position will be required to oversee the daily operation and will be trained in all positions by the owner. Your leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team will be crucial in our ability to offer the highest level of customer service and food quality.
Line Team Members will also be cross trained in the 3 positions: barista, customer service and sandwich making.
This is a new concept, and we'll require all team members to work together with a positive attitude and willingness to create the tastiest experience for our customers.
All team members will need to have reliable transportation. Some shifts will be begin and end at our HQ in Kahului.
Shifts are as follows. based on position:
Supervisor:4-5 days per week, 7-8 hour shifts. FT+insurance benefits.
Line Team Members: 2-3 days per week, 7-8 hour shifts.
All shifts are am: 7am-2:30 or 3pm, or 9am-2:30pm.
All shifts are hourly+tips and rate will depend on experience.
