Pay: $16.00 an hour for three months, then $17.00+ an hour

We are excited to announce the opening of our mini donut shop–Mav’s Mini Donuts in a kiosk at Ka Makana Ali'i Mall! Our goal is to spread joy and sweetness to our community through our delicious mini donuts. We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead operations and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
Position Overview:
Are you a passionate leader with a love for making people smile? Do you have experience in food preparation and customer service? We are looking for a Full-time Mini Donut Shop Lead who will be responsible for all aspects of operations, including making dough from scratch, frying, selling, and end-of-day cleanup.
This role requires strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead by example. If you're ready to take on a leadership role and share your passion for mini donuts with our team and customers, then this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and be self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service and uphold our quality standards. You must be a people person for this job!
Prepare dough from scratch according to our recipes and maintain consistency in product quality.
Operate donut machine and mixer safely and efficiently to produce delicious mini donuts. We will teach you how to fry!
Assist with selling and serving customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Be willing to engage with every customer.
Oversee end-of-day cleanup procedures, including washing a few dishes and sanitizing equipment and tables.
Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and maintain high standards of performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a food service or hospitality environment.
Proficiency in making dough from scratch and operating frying equipment. We can teach you everything, but must be willing to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with managers.
Positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Must reside near Kapolei or within a reasonable commuting distance.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
