We are currently seeking an inspired and motivated Cook to join our Mana Foods Ohana to handle cold food production, including spring roll, wrap, sushi and salad bar dishes.

Responsibilities:
Retain knowledge of menu items and kitchen equipment.
Ability to follow directions and instructions.
Maintains department guidelines and procedures.
Maintains cleanliness and Food and Safety standards at all times.
Maintains portion sizes, recipe standards.
Communicates with supervisor on any discrepancies or shortages of labor, products, menu items and tools.
Capable of reading and understanding recipes.
Retain knowledge of measurements.
Regularly checks/monitors all kitchen-prepared items to ensure quality and quantities at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be flexible, able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Standing for long periods, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Pre-employment requirements; Passed a TB skin test within 10 years.
