As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service in a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
Table Preparation: Set tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware according to restaurant standards.
Table Clearing: Clear tables promptly and efficiently once guests have finished their meals, ensuring all dishes, glassware, and utensils are removed.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and booths, and sweeping or vacuuming floors as needed.
Assist Servers: Support servers by refilling water glasses or other items to tables and assisting with any other tasks as needed.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Guest Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, assisting with any special requests or inquiries they may have.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to lift and stand for extended periods.
