Position Overview:
As a Line Cook, you will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. You will assist in maintaining a clean, organized kitchen while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards.
Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain your station.
Quality Control: Ensure food is prepared and presented to meet quality standards.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow health and safety guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and servers.
Health & Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Working Conditions
Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Environment: Fast-paced kitchen setting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
