Now Hiring: Line Cook – Full-Time or Part-Time (Hanalei)
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our busy kitchen in Hanalei. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong team and a focus on high-quality, locally inspired food.
Schedule:
Morning shifts, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Full-time preferred, but part-time availability will be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
Prep and cook menu items to recipe standards
Maintain a clean and organized station
Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Work efficiently as part of a team in a high-volume setting
Communicate clearly with front and back-of-house staff
Qualifications:
Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced kitchen
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong knife skills and attention to detail preferred
