La Spezia Restaurant seeking line cook

La Spezia Restaurant in Koloa is seeking a dinner service line cook to join our team. The position is Garde Manger/Frituiere which mans the salad/fry station. Basic knife skills are greatly appreciated but not mandatory as we will train the right motivated individual. Starting pay begins at $20 per hour during the probationary period with plenty of opportunity for advancement. The position is 5 nights a week for dinner service.
