Wage:
Staring base salary $62,000/year, with higher compensation possible based on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage all areas of production in commercial kitchen and at the guest venues
Schedule, train, and manage crew and supervisors
Ensure food safety and quality of product served at every step in the process
Conduct routine food safety and inventory controls
Under the direction of the General Manager, and along with other Sous Chefs, continuously improve production processes and training of your team to provide exceptional quality
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years working experience in high-volume, banquet or catering operations
Proficient with Microsoft Office
