Dishwasher
-Part time – AM or PM.
-Am = 8am - 4pm
-Nights = 4pm - 10pm / Some flexibility with in and out times.
-Pay – $18/hr + tips / 4-day probation period before eligible for tips. Raise after 90 day probation period.

Job Description/What is expected from you: Sets up and cleans up dish pit for day-to-day operations. Wash all dishes, plates, kitchen utensils and puts them away where they belong to restaurant’s standards. Light kitchen prep, cleaning tasks, putting away deliveries.
No experience necessary will train the right person with the right attitude. Ability to take direction and be a team player is a must.
Line Cook
-Full time - AM/PM.
-Part time - AM/PM
-Full time: 4 days or 5 days /40 hours
-Part time: 2 days 16 - 20 Hours
-Starting pay $20 plus tips. More depending on experience / Training probation period before eligible for tips / Raise after 90 day probation period.

Job Description/What is expected from you: Some tasks but not limited to are cutting/portioning proteins, cutting vegetables, prepping, tempura frying, sauce making, frying, sautéing, plating etc. to restaurant/chef’s expectations. Must have a great attitude, work attendance, and able to take direction and critique. Looking for someone with kitchen experience. Being respectful and a team player is a must. Position could turn into a lead cook or something more based on experience and progress. Will train/mold the right person with some experience.
