Fresco Italian Restaurant located at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is hiring Breakfast Servers and Cooks. We are looking for someone that can work in a fast-paced-busy environment and a good team player. The following positions are now available. FOH:
1. Part Time Breakfast Server (Breakfast Shift only) - Prior experience is preferred
・Must assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way, Have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items and preparation methods.
・Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage, knowledge of standard restaurant service.
Compensation: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour (includes estimated daily average tips)
BOH:
2. Line Cooks (Breakfast Shift) - Breakfast Restaurant experience is preferred.
3. Line Cooks (Dinner Shift) - Pantry, Pasta or Sautee experience is preferred.
・At least 1 year of prior cooking experience.
・Cleans and maintains own station. Assists in maintaining cleanliness of line.
・Ability to demonstrate basic prep knowledge.
・Ability to lift weight up to 40 pounds, stand, bend and stoop frequently.
・Open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Compensation $16 - $19 hourly + competitive additional benefits (hourly is based on skills)
