Are you energetic, hardworking, dependable, and love ice cream? We are looking for a long term, full-time ice cream parlor supervisor to help run the day-to-day operation of our store including scheduling, training, inventory/ordering, opening/closing of store, nightly reconciliations, verifying employee weekly time sheets, assisting customers, and ensuring proper sanitation and cleaning procedures are performed. Two years of food service or hospitality management experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual. No streaming or social media during work hours. Must be professional, punctual, have excellent customer service skills, and be a team player. Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs and occasionally 50lbs with help. Starting pay is $18.00 an hour plus benefits. Hourly pay is negotiable dependent on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, drug and vision, 401K, paid vacation, tips, and team discounts.
