We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our Goen Dining+Bar Ohana. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a critical role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm aloha and a professional demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements using our reservation system.
Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.
Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and policies.
Coordinate with servers and management to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house areas.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and composed.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
