We are seeking reliable and motivated Team Members to join our team. This dynamic role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining and take-out experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be available evenings as we are exclusively open for dinner service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders for dine-in and take-out services
Operate cash register and handle POS transactions accurately
Answer phone calls for orders and assist with customer inquiries
Assist with grocery prep, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing sauces
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
Support cooks with prep tasks as needed during service
Perform end-of-day cleaning and closing duties, including trash disposal, restocking, and wiping down surfaces
Requirements:
Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred, but not required
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume setting
Comfortable handling food, using kitchen equipment, and following health and safety standards
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
Flexible availability. Must be available evenings and weekends
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
