We are currently hiring Line Cooks to join our Redfish Poke Bar located inside the Wayfinder Waikiki hotel!
Availabilities:
-AM Shift: 5:30am - 1:30pm
-Swing Shift: 7am - 3:00pm
-PM Shifts: 2:30pm - 10:30pm
We are seeking high energy, creative culinary professionals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional experiences to all guests. Cooks must be able to abide by company policies, house rules and guiding principles.
Responsibilities of Cooks include but are not limited to:
Prepare raw ingredients for use during kitchen service
Consistent execution of standardized recipes and maintain product quality standards
Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
Observe and enforce company standard operating procedures
Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high-volume food establishment preferred.
Must have knowledge of cooking techniques & procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems.
Must have the ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
Must comply with all company policies and requirements
Must possess valid TB Clearance.
