Uncle D's Kauai is hiring! We are looking for full time kitchen manager, and part time help. Salary varies dependent on position. Please call, and/or bring your resume into our shop at Harbor Mall. Shifts are Tues-Sat, and part time help is needed during lunch hours.
Uncle D's is a BBQ takeout lunch spot in Nawiliwili. Our kitchen hours are 10:30-2:30, and retail hours are 10:00-5:00. We are a unique shop that combines lunches with a retail shop. On the retail side, we have a bottle shop, hosting Kauai's largest selection of craft beer (120+ varieties). We are also the largest disc golf pro shop in the state. Knowledge of these retail aspects is an added bonus, but not required.
