Deep Serene Clean
We're hiring cleaners across the island for vacation rental, residential, commercial, real estate, and construction cleaning.
Cleaners will be required to provide their own tools, however we will loan the tools until the cleaners can afford their own.
We work primarily between the hours of 10AM-4PM, but the schedule varies based on the type of cleans we're doing and the cleaners appetite for work. If you want to work hard and you don't mind being a little tired at the end of the day, you should contact us. If you want to fill up your free time and clean on the weekends, then you should contact us. Or if you want to work all day every day, contact us. We pay on a per-job basis, starting at $100 per unit for small units. But if a cleaner can move through spaces quickly and methodically then they can earn anywhere from $25-$65 for every hour that they spend at a job.
All applicants should understand that this is a rigorous job; you will be tired at times, you will be dirty, you will feel rushed. It is the nature of the business that sometimes units will be easy to clean, while sometimes you'll have to clean sand off of every surface. Sometimes the clients will reschedule after you've already driven 30 minutes to do the clean. Your schedule may change at the last minute. And occasionally it will be difficult to find the location of a clean. If you can't accept that things like that do happen in this job, then you need not apply.
